This role is for someone early in their career who wants unusually broad exposure. You will not be boxed into a single function. You will learn by working inside live briefs where taste, speed, clarity, and follow-through all matter.
The Role
As a Design & Growth Intern, you will support creative production, research, growth analysis, and execution across a range of projects. Some days that may mean organizing visual references, building campaign drafts, or preparing pages. Other days it may mean reviewing data, mapping competitors, or helping structure systems work behind the scenes.
This is a role for someone who wants to become dangerous across disciplines. The expectation is curiosity, range, sharp judgment, and a willingness to learn fast. We collaborate most often across Los Angeles and New York City, so proximity to either city is a plus, though exceptional remote candidates are still considered.
What You'll Do
Support design, content, and growth work across client and internal projects.
Assist with visual research, competitor analysis, trend tracking, and reference gathering.
Help prepare campaign concepts, decks, landing pages, and creative production files.
Review performance data and summarize the signals that matter.
Use AI tools for research, drafting, idea generation, and production support.
Contribute to paid media, content, and web workflows where needed.
Help keep projects organized through clean documentation, tracking, and follow-through.
Work directly with senior collaborators and absorb context quickly.
What We're Looking For
Strong interest in design, growth, strategy, media, or digital products.
High taste and strong judgment for someone early in career.
Comfort working across creative and analytical tasks instead of staying in one lane.
Clear written communication and strong organizational habits.
Basic fluency in tools such as Figma, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar systems.
Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them as part of daily work.
Ability to move quickly, ask good questions, and improve with feedback.
Nice to Have
Experience running student projects, freelance work, or independent creative experiments.
A portfolio, writing samples, campaign examples, or research work that shows initiative.
Familiarity with paid media platforms, analytics tools, or content production workflows.
Experience with ecommerce, creator brands, design systems, or AI-assisted tools.
Comfort turning messy information into a cleaner structure.
